Empower your clients with effective techniques as you help them to create healthy boundaries for emotional release at a pace that is self-determined, beneficial and safe. Help your clients to work constructively with their feelings as they navigate and regulate their emotional responses from the inside out. This 3 hour workshop is packed with useful therapeutic ideas that create a safe mental environment for your clients to explore as they release their suppressed emotions. You can use these techniques as presented or you can build upon these ideas for creating something new.
